Been almost a week so far and just received my first update of the month.
Still can say that the retention calls flow is pretty rare, as I've only received a single call and was on my way to save the customer, but her CC was invalid, so she would have to call back, it's true that it didn't count towards my save rate but at least it didn't count as a cancelation as she was initially calling for, so I might think of calling her back to bring back the save!
Let's get back hot in Sales baby, 32 new deals were added in only 4 days till yesterday.
More than glad to get customers deals as cheap as it could be, but people still need to understand that some deals are just meant to be for new customers only and some others are mainly for loyal ones, that were all set by Marketing not us, that we won't be able to override so easily.
So, you need to work things out with them to make them happy by providing the best service and offer possible based on their eligible for it, and that's what you need to be good at as a sales rep, by working more on your soft and communication skills.
