It was a really long back and forth with one of our clients for a contract renewal who was not quite satisfied with the rate, eventually we reached out a deal for a 3 years term after being approved by a senior to get him an auto 5%off increase each year.
So for the first year he would get a 5%off, raised to be a 10% on his second and finally 15% on the third which he liked and got it done.
Had to apologize for the 20% off for the forth year for not being approved being a lose win:)
