Renewal/Upsell that was a little more challenging than we expected because the contact on their side wasn't a great communicator. Got it done and increased ARR by $12k. Takeaway: Single threading is a threat no matter what. Don't hesitate to CC someones boss if they aren't doing their job and putting your deal at risk.
