Not much to learn from this one. Got really lucky. Another AE had been working the opp for a while. The client kept changing their minds on what they needed it seemed. The other AE left and I took it over. The plan was to get them to commit to something, send them a new quote, and get them to sign, or else close it lost and say it was never qualified in the first place. Luckily they had finally decided on what they wanted and were willing to agree to deal.
