This deal was another post-tradeshow low hanger. It took 2 more demos and about 9 conversations in addition to the show-n-tells. Prospect had serious fear of software postpartum syndrome. They wanted to be sure this would be a partnership, not a "set it and forget it" purchase. Sometimes, they just need a hug and to be told it's going to be ok.
