This deal, compared to my last one, took forever. And mostly due to legal teams battling it out for months. What initially helped was that we've been working with this client before but that happened before their merger(s?). And though the client had a different vision on what would be the needed team of RPA developers (size-wise and composition-wise) than we did, we eventually were able to propose a solution that satisfied both parties. And that was in December 2021...
5 months later, both legal teams are finally happy and we have ink on the paper.
And though this deal is not that big, it still has special meaning for me mainly because at one point even our executives were trying to shoot it down but through perseverance I made it happen.
