Privacy at Bravado

How does privacy work here? What information on my profile is visible to others and is it possible to toggle on/off to go stealth mode?

Seperate question: How can we fill up our portfolio here without getting recognised?

All of your personal information is private and only people from Bravado can see/look at your profile you create through Jobs.

@Hel009: Welcome to the War Room. I'm sure by now you would have gotten an idea about how this works. In case not, I can try and summarize.

Bravado offers a lot of different platforms to help sales folks become the best versions of themselves.

"War Room" is one of them, where we are having this discussion. It is completely anonymous community of sales professionals. No member in the WR can know who you are in real, just by looking at your profile. Do refer to the screenshot from @TennisandSalesbelow.

"Bravado Jobs" is another one, which is completely separate from the War Room. It is Non-Anonymous and you'd have to use your real name, experience, etc. to create a profile and apply for a particular job. Recruiters use the hiring feature in Bravado Jobs to recruit, and don't(are not allowed to) recruit via "War Room."

If it helps, no "War Room" member has the option to know or see what your jobs profile looks like. Or what your portfolio looks like, as @ThatNewAEmentioned.Only you have that option.

Finally, as@jefestated, don't worry if your LI profile pic is being displayed at the top right. It isn't visible to anyone else in the War Room.

I'll add to what @antiASKHOLEsaid - don't be scared if your LI profile pic shows up at the top right of your screen on desktop.. It's not visible to anyone else.

I worry about privacy too but as I have looked at other people's profiles here, I haven't been able to discover who they unless unless that person gives it away somehow.

If you are hired as a contract sales rep by a Bravado customer, we may ask you to prove access to the employee email account provided to you by that customer. This data will be shared with customers to track your sales productivity; customers can use this data to confirm you meet the minimum activity requirements to pay out your ramp stipend and commission.
