I've met this client before, and another one of our reps that specializes in this particular new product line was working the deal. The account went dark on them, so they tapped me in to make an in person visit since I operate in this state. I was able to see the decision maker and get them back on the books for a follow up meeting. Contract was signed within three weeks of my visit.
