FINALLY. I had been working this deal for the better part of a year. One of the largest accounts in this region, and one of the few remaining in their county that we don't work with. I had buy in right off the bat from one of the key influencers, but the decision had to get board approval since it was a larger contract by our standards. After months of arbitration, and multiple board meetings, we finally got approval.
Unfortunately had to strip down the initial deal size to only include our base suite of products, and not the full suite we had originally discussed (and they had expressed interest in). No matter, as now I have a potential upsell with a warm lead to target once they get through initial implementation.
