This was a cross sell on a current client to our new product. Met the department head in person during a drop in last summer and have been reengaging him consistently over the past 7 months to find the right timing. They were finally reviewing next fiscal year's budget and we were able to lock this down on a five year contract (we normally do 1 year contracts, but are able to bring our development cost down if they do multi years)
Another long haul of a deal compared to what our cycles usually are, so it feels good to put it on the books.
