Upsell! I met this client at another conference up in Northern Michigan back in November. Ran her through my pitch for our new(ish) product that she'd never seen before. Resonated super well and scheduled her for a full on demo. Process was slow, as this is one of our smallest clients and she had to scrape around for funding. She ended up having to write up a grant in order to get it across the finish line. Long road for a little deal, but a W is a W.
