Never in my wildest dreams I'd imagined I could sell to a school in Ghana. That too sitting here in India. All started from a PQL from the IT Manager. Teachers in school already use Free version of our platform. Around 32 email exchanges and a few cold-calls till we landed at a final price acceptable to them. They have 2 divisions, one is kindergarten n primary (nursery, 1st and 2nd) and one is like middle school with equal students in each. We price our product on a per/student model. I had to get the entire school onboarded (more the students, more the ARR).
IT manager was super hesitant in bringing the kindergarten division onboard. I sent her some testimonials from kindergarten teachers (customers) using our product at the moment and a few use-cases describing how. Sealed the deal on the fact that I would do a 1 hour PD/demo session for them for Free where I teach the primary teachers on how to use our platform in their classrooms. Is this a first of kind where a demo is happening after an order form is signed? :P
PD is tomorrow and I am prepping. Go Ghana!
