Feel like when you hit 5 years, the goal should be 80k+ minimum. I am 5 years of experience and there were numerous companies I was interviewing at with north of 100k base.
Just need to be patient and know your worth and they will come

Definitely wouldn't want to go under $80K for a major metropolitan area in NA.

Just tell us which city. It's not like that is a dead giveaway to who you are and who you work for. That will help determine the answer to your question.

In addition to what anti asked about the city, what role? AE? SMB/MM/Ent?

That's way too broad for a realistic estimate.

5+ years experience, so less than 10?

It really depends on what you're selling and the sales cycle. Longer sales cycles typically garner you a higher base/lower commission. With the oppositive being true for short sales cycles. And of course how quickly you can be contributing is very important to the equation.

In the end though, its up to YOU to determine your worth.

Depends on whether AE or AM and what they really entail and at what level. Enterprise, MM, commercial, etc. but I’d say 80k + at the least for base living in SF, Boston, NYC maybe some others. 90-100k plus at the very least for AE at enterprise level or similar is going rate anything below they better have a rly good comp plan and get a lot of inbound leads to make up for the lack of pay for living expensive in those areas

100k minimum no question, 100k variable to boot. 200-250k OTE no question

I more or less asked this question recently. 80k+ for lower segments and 100k+ for upper segments

Idk, l think $80K is pretty reasonable after a few years of experience.

Most postings I see for that kind of experience, with a decently large firm, are $150-250 OTE with $100-180 as the base. That’s from recruiters and not generic posts on LinkedIn, but those are there too (my feed is recruiters and people pushing webinars/conferences, with about 5% articles relevant to my work I do or did).

Unless you live in Phoenix because salaries are WAY too low here. Too much old money keeping salaries down.
