I really enjoyed:
• The Qualified Sales Leader (newer)
• Never Split the Difference (classic)

check out SPIN selling. Also, not as much a sales book, but Never Split The Difference has some useful tactics in it.

I’ve never heard of SPIN but looks interesting for sure.

SPIN is one of my all time favorites and changed the way I sell completely. I will warn you it was written by a researcher, and the content is pretty dry, but it is probably the most data-driven sales book I have ever found.

You should check out my new NYT best seller I just got published. It's called How to Deal with Shitty Interns. A lot of sales reps find it useful but not for the reasons you'd expect. I won't give the entire thing away but I highly recommend you buy it, read it, and watch me shower.

Just finished Fanatical Prospecting as well, good read. Challenger Sale is pretty good, and I also liked Extreme Ownership

While these are not "sales" books per se, these books have helped my sales career a lot.

Quiet by Susan Cain: I am a full blown hide-in-the-basement introvert who found his way into sales because of the 2009 crash and lack of other opportunities. Understanding what I need for mental wellness, the kinds of conversations I am good at, and harnessing my strengths as an introvert have made me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Drive by Daniel Pink: We all know that all sales are emotional backed with logic. Pink helped me name and understand the emotions that drive people to action and keep people motivated. By focusing on those, I could distill the problems clients are dealing with to one of three things and speak to that emotion every time.

Permission to Screw Up by Kristen Hadeed: This is one of the most honest business books I have ever come across. It lets you know you are not alone struggling dealing with growing a business and helping people.

Making the Climb by Pete Oliver.  He's a Sandler guy who wrote a book about moving from AE to Sales Leader.

I liked Getting to Yes by Roger Fisher, more of the classic instead of never split the difference.
Trillion dollar coach is a great one on leadership
