When you've got a champion, never let them go!! KDP was a current customer for one of our solutions and this was a typical land and expand but it took a lot of demonstrating value. Initially they just wanted added functionality to simply be added on for free... We kept pitching value and bringing up their pain points of their current process. After about 4 months of on and off conversations and a drawn out procurement convo, we were able to get the signature!
