Better communication is key to any feature rollout.
I'm thinking nobody anticipated the uneasiness many of us had around the feature, but in future, communicate. Overcommunication is better than surprises.

I was referring to the optional anonymity experiment (which is what Sunbunny was referring to as well, I believe).

I mean is it that bad we have the option to post with our name. If someone is giving great insights and want to actually network, I get the point of wanting to reveal who they are. Especially someone who was recently laid off, they might want to leverage this network also. From the person that doxed themselves yesterday, I couldnt see what their other profile was.
I think its important to know no matter where you post stuff there is a chance it can come back to you. Obviously I don't want to be revealed, but once you post something on the internet there is also a chance it can be tracked.
