Met with client they had clear needs of their system needing to be upgraded as it was old and thrown together by previous companies. Worked with client to make sure they understood what he was getting and how easy it would be to use.
Good to hear from the client that they are exicited and eager to work with the new system.
Makes it easier when the client is comfortable with you, when they are deciding to spend any amount of money.
