One of those deals where timing was perfect. Came in, pissed off with current supplier due to poor customer service. Sold them on our point of differences and already had the opportunity to prove them.
Probably one of my best product training as well with internal champion kicking it off by slating the old competition (which they still have access to) and why they are running with us.
Either way, a nice kickstart to a new territory i am developing in a warm part of the US.
