One of my meeting bookers had scheduled a meeting for the end of March; unfortunately, the meeting was pushed to today.
We discussed options for automating processes to free up resources and time. There was a good dialogue for 1.5 hours, after which the customer needed some time to consider for a week. We agreed that I would send the offer and contract if they wished to proceed with us - they could accept it, or else I would follow up in 14 days.
After the meeting ended, it literally took 10 minutes, and I could see that the deal was signed.
What a start to April! "Unfortunately," I'm going on a 10-day vacation next week, so it's all about maximizing as must as possible this week!
