Most people in the WR are already extremely confident/effective/high earners and performers. Would those people value someone who’s main goal is turning people who have no confidence, esteem/ and goals into someone who does?

That being said I think investing in yourself, having the humility to do so, and the Coach ability to learn from everyone will make you successful

I wouldn't consider him a "sales coach" -- as I would agree they are waste of money. Candidly, I never really thought about the cost, money I have.......maybe I'm just curious to see him in action live. If anything, he's a ridiculously talented speaker, who's mastered his craft - which I think is the end goal for all of us career sellers.

I have some friends who are totally into him - to the point of being the highest level of membership. It’s pretty fascinating watching the addiction. They are both very successful, and find him a huge motivator, but I’m not sure they wouldn’t have succeeded anyway, and I’m interested I seeing how long this obsession (because that is what it is) continues. I’d be interested in seeing him, if only to see what these two are so hooked on.

Should add a third choice - don't care, indifferent. I hired a guy way back and trained him up in sales. Was never extraordinary and never made a lot of money doing sales. He wanted to work there though so I helped him with his resume. It's amazing how anyone can teach sales theory and do well--it's just the same regurgitated crap we already know

I'm surprised some of those orgs are still out there. I'm glad they're posting those things, though, so they can get affirmation that the treatment is not normal, nor should they put up with it, which at the end of the day is a net positive.
