when founders (or head hunters) continue to reach out about meeting for a role that seems particularly intriguing and DONโ€™T include comp estimate, whatโ€™s best practice?
84% straight up ask them re: comp band, donโ€™t waste time to meet if weโ€™re fully not aligned there (it wastes both of our time)
