unclespacejam closed Financial Institution for $200k to the head of banking department

This one fucking tested me. Started discussions with their org in March 2022.

this thing was like a cat on its ninth life by the time I squeezed this in today.

Had to navigate a total change in InfoSec, vendor management processes and compliance auditing through this bank in the last 11 months. And then just as we wrapped vendor approvals, and finalized redlines, both the senior execs who were my champions left the org (one moved to another org I’m working with and the other got fired) so my shit got passed to the new exec like a hot potato.

derailed things for nearly 10 weeks, everyone went dark on me. thought they had killed my deal, But somehow this thing came back from the dead and we got the goddamn contract signed.

im growing fuckin grey hair after this one. Learned a ton though and know how I’d approach this one better next time.
