When the job description is all YOU but the personality assessment says pound sand.

I applied online like every other trained monkey, then made an internal connection and got as charming as I could because, well... 800 applicants and no connections at this place. I get the reject letter immediately after taking the personality test the second time.

I reached back out to the mini-champ. She engages, asks the HR boss why and replies. "Not a fit with this team dynamic. No more context. Feel free to reach out directly."

This was my best shot. Maybe there's something in here another happy hunter can use. I'll post the reply.
