Agreed. There are also surprising amounts of beautiful wilderness in the prairies. Lakes, forests, waterfalls, rivers. I've lived here almost my whole life and still love exploring.ย

I bought a semi truck and trailer and just kinda drove around North America for 10 years. Stayed for the $$$$$, so naturally that meant NYC because itโs all here.ย

That's amazing. My bucket list includes a huge USA road trip one day. Jealous of your dual, the flexibility is priceless.ย
Highly recommend! Utah is incredible - and definitely throw the map out the window and check out some small towns off the usual beaten path. My favorite experiences were in the most unlikely places. Best taco? some small hut in the middle of nowhere Arizona with a dirt floor. Found the most amazing antiques in a garage/home/small shop in the woods in PA. Many people don't think of Georgia or Alabama as a beach destination, but they're great.ย

Thanks for the recs! We're on the same page, I love exploring random nooks and crannies on road trips. Some of my favourite travel memories are driving through central CA and AZ and stopping in tiny towns to check them out.
