This one was almost a year in the making. Closed one unit of a huge conglomerate which sets me up nicely for cross selling to the other units as well, close them all and I`ve made 50% of my next year`s quota :)
One lesson to take out of this - be patient when it comes to big enterprises, and be ready to make some small concessions.
