What is the interview process in ADP

Although it differs for some, I technically went through two rounds in the same day. After the recruiter reached out, the date was set for the interviews. Two VPs and an SE interviewed me for about 30-45 minutes and then asked if I could stick around for two more people to come in and interview me. Obviously choosing to stay for the second round, I was given an offer at the end of the second interview.

Initially interviewed for an Enterprise role but was then introduced to the hiring Totalsource VP.  Due to previous industry experience, had 2 in person interviews with VP and SE; offer within 2 weeks from start to finish.

Interview was very straight forward. They are looking for entry level sales position. They want you to be a self-starter and show that you are able to overcome failure.
