While we were in office (Pre-Covid) the culture is great. Definitely a great job for entry level sales and coming out of college without experience.

If you’re good, life is good. EOM Fridays off for 135%+ PoP, p-club trips, transactional sales process = lots of wins.

Very easy Sales Environment, Quotas are easy to hit if you actually go out and meet clients.

Cons

I was accused of drug dealing to my VP and DVP of sales by a local manager 2yrs ago. Fully investigated by a 3rd party. Was acquitted of all charges and company admitted there was no evidence and To this day nothing was done to my manager for these accusations. I make a good amount of money, and its the only reason I have stayed.
