Interview Process
Interview process started with a meeting with the Manager I would be working for. The first meeting hinged around figuring out skill sets and personality traits. The second interview I was introduced to a team member in which they asked me about 30minutes of questions revolving around experience. The 3rd, Interview I had to prepare a presentation around their product and present it, and finally the last interview was with the head of the organization as a final measure of due diligence. The last meeting seem more like a formality rather than a qualifying interview.
Interview Questions
Lots of questions around past experience, Make sure that whatever you are applying for, that you have the experience for the job. They focus on this big time as competition comes from inside the organization and outside.
