Pros
Very reasonable, personable leadership. I feel very much like a person here rather than a product
Cons
Some growing pains of reaching world-class enterprise level (approaching F500) have led to a couple different reorganizations on the sales team, which have been a little inconvenient to deal with I’ve heard
About the culture
Extremely supportive, ambitious, optimistic, and hard working. All about staying focused and busy 9-5 (with a full hour lunch break) without the extra hours. By far the best culture I’ve ever been a part of. As long as you actually give your best, it’s nearly guaranteed you’ll succeed here. That being said, they’re crazy selective when it comes to hiring, even by tech standards
Advice for New Reps
This is something I struggled with in the very beginning but am now starting to connect the dots on, but trust the process they have in place. I worked really hard to get this job so I came in with some anxiety surrounding my ability to succeed here, but in the very beginning the leadership really approaches your coaching with empathy. If you go out of your way to show you really care in the very beginning, they’ll reward your effort just as much as your results
