Advice for new reps This is something I struggled with in the very beginning but am now starting to connect the dots on, but trust the process they have in place. I worked really hard to get this job so I came in with some anxiety surrounding my ability to succeed here, but in the very beginning the leadership really approaches your coaching with empathy. If you go out of your way to show you really care in the very beginning, they’ll reward your effort just as much as your results
