Cons Lol favoritism,lying, toxicity, low-key racism, and etc. There is a long list! You should talk to ex employees about their honest opinion on Paycom. Glad to be out of there. They also stalk some ex employees.

Advice for new reps Be ready to put in 60-70 hour weeks your first 12-18 months because there is a whole lot of terminology, legislation, and product you have to understand in very little time. Stick true to the sales process and don't skip steps. Not for the faint of heart.
