antiASKHOLE closed a deal for $3.1k to the ownership department

This deal was something I called a few weeks ago. He worked with us at another property in the past and remember what we did for them. His biggest hangup was price to which I held my ground on.

He started shopping around over the past two weeks and called me within minutes of me wrapping up my last deal/save to tell me to send him the contract.

I honestly forgot about him and didn’t even have him saved in my pipeline. It’s been a good day so far.
