There are an overwhelming number of options out there and I'm trying to focus on quality here. I've had success with Lusha and Rocket Reach. Zoom Info is way expensive.

Zoominfo is best but Lusha is a strong contender. Depends on budget as you already mention
I'm a big fan of ZoomInfo and LeadIQ
Zoominfo is solid. Zoom goes through phases of having out of date direct dials/emails. Contact gather efficacy rate of 85%

Depends on who your ICP is but I like ZoomInfo and LeadIQ.
ZoomInfo is the best for a reason, however we currently use LeadIQ and not sure of the cost
Does LeadIQ only scrape info that’s available on LinkedIn?
