Bravado Jobs: I'm impressed

A few months ago, I was up for a promotion at my company and decided to test the waters externally, as I believe is best practice. Know your worth, right?

I hit up the Bravado Jobs folks, and I've gotta say, I'm impressed.

I went into the process fully expecting to stay at my current company and came out the other end with a job at a more exciting company, with better salary / OTE and more equity.

Even if you aren't "looking," Bravado has managed to connect to some awesome companies and people.
