One of the most unsettling experiences for any salesperson is when choices directly impacting their paycheck are imposed without their input.

Yes, we're referring to those unpredictable, unwelcome alterations in your commission. It’s frustrating. It’s uncalled for. And it’s exactly why we're flipping the script.

Our mission? To redefine commission.

The War Room believes in recognizing our sales superheroes with the commission they've rightfully earned and deserve. Not simply what someone else deems fit.

Last year, we entirely revamped our commission store, adding MacBooks, Fossil watches, and books while retiring old stock.

By Feb, we introduced PlayStations, Jabra headsets, and Nespresso machines. Recently, we brought back War Room favorites, including Yeti Mugs, Sales Hats, and hoodies.

Now, the time has come again for you to seize control and transform your ideal commission store into a reality!

What items would you like to see introduced to the commission store?
What would you prefer us to phase out?

Don't take the switch! I am like 30 commission points away lol. I would say rotations of books and some of the smaller non-war room related stuff is always good. Monitor and webcams are also great ideas, always thought about getting a webcam but never pulled the trigger

On the webcam subject. The Apple Studio display might be a really nice high-end solution. You get yourself a badass monitor with a built in webcam that follows you around the room when you move. #my2cents

Didn't one of our savages write one? I think it's on Amazon only, though, but it would be cool to support one of our own.

And I try to read for pleasure once the workday is through, so I'll be likely to recommend mystery series based in the UK, or CJ Box, Dana Stabenow, William Kent Krueger, or something non-sales related. :) Maybe I'm not the best source.

@Gasty"Eat Their Lunch" is a good one and the sales books by Gitomer are easy reads.
Something like "Good to Great" is a good addition (actually anything by Jim Collins is worth reading).

It’s a few degrees separated but the Storybrand book is really helpful in learning how to communicate using stories. It’s not the 1:1 classic sales lit we usually see, but I found it helpful.

Thanks for asking - secured Pebble a while back. In order to finish, I need to book a night at the resort so the fabulous Bravado team can book the tee time. Without that reservation, you can’t book Pebble more than a couple days out, which is tricky. That said, should be sending Mr Bunny to the dream course soon!

My 2cents - rotate 2-3 <5k commish items monthly or every other month to keep it fresh. Keep anything over 10k around longer.

I would love to see a bigass 72 inch… nahhh make it a 72 foot TV. Much more plausible achievement than the Rolex… but still takes serious commitment
