This deal honestly took way too long. It was supposed to be a 3 month cycle (given that it was inbound, we unpacked the pain, and presented the ROI) - we were confident that this going to route for signature 2 weeks before our quarter ended.
At the end, they literally just ghosted us for weeks... weeks...
2 quarters later, we were able to finally close the deal.
Long story short: stay top of mind for your prospects, always! send short notes, nurture, and keep yourself at the tip of their brain. it can always turn around!
