Coastal_crusher closed HVAC Company for $343k to the IT / Security / DevOps department

This engagement technically started 5 months ago but we seriously started digging into it about 2 months ago.

This was a reseller agreement however I the supplier was being an absolute nightmare (immature, greedy af) AND ended up accidentally sending me an internal quote with a massive discount - so I used that to squeeze a whole new chunk of margin for this one and potentially for many more. Karma's a B,
