ColdCall closed UK Local Gov for $5.2k to the Business Operations department

This was quite a deal. Last year an ex-user came to use asked for a trial, helped her get a business case and then she went dead. She was the type of customer who would sporadically answer the phone/reply to emails- but when you spoke was always very positive and sounded like they wanted to buy.

1 Year later, I call her back and she said her new boss is interested. 3 months later I just get the approval from her procurement team.
