Craziest thing you've seen a month into joining a company?

Saw the CRO and CEO get into an argument which quickly escalated after they moved behind closed doors. CRO was fired the next day. This was Week 2 at my job.

Sales manager who stepped into CRO role let me know the CEO wanted to meet with me a month later about a pre-planned vacation I was taking (they knew about the vacation/length prior to me starting and all in writing). If you're CEO wants to meet with an AE about a 10 day vacation in a 300+ person company across multiple time zones...run!

Needless to say I had already started interviews and got a new job before that idiotic meeting.

If you're going to bail, bail quickly.

Not crazy per se, but was blown away by the amount of meetings marketing put on. They had a meeting about a meeting... Can't make that stuff up. On week five at a new company, they still haven't trained new reps on how to make a phone call.
