I’ll start introduced to the customer top of 2021 because #accountrealignment customer only calls to complain and rant, to which customer says “I’m just using you to rant” customer proceeds to ask me to his office in the midst of this ~*pandemic*~ and company policy is super strict on no meeting (waddup SF standards) customer asks me to come to my home to meet in person, sit down and chat.
