no post today because wasn't productive just feeling alot I had a long talk with my partner last night and she admitted to alot of things and is going to work on it but I think we are going to break up tonight because I'm just too hurt from everything and she needs to do some work I cant help her with

My friend, do what is best for you.

I am not you so I can’t fully say what is best. However, from what I have seen from you, it seems leaving her is the right move. A childhood friend dealt with a similar situation as a teenager and she became a lot happier after leaving him.

You might want to take a couple of days to a week off of work. If things fall apart and it touches a work product, then that’s a reason to axe you the first second they get. Remember, you are only as valuable as what you can bring in. Past performance is quickly forgotten.
