rough day for me just smashing linkedin tasks

at tha poin where Im done doing what we needed to to get basic frameworks setup and going to get started applying everything Marcus is teaching me

no lunch today

SO got no sleep last night and is sleeping all day so no calls today (most days for that matter bc of this) 

kinda low mental day for me

already was going through my own shit mentally with just processing my childhood trauma and its been affecting me but then being there for my SO day and night and not having any time to recharge for myself to just chill has been taxing as well as the little sleep 3 hours the night before and two hours last night

but I digress

But again, as others have said, you cannot help her if you're beginning to pay the price and fall apart yourself. You absolutely have to take care of yourself in order to be there for her. She's also probably not going to feel great about draining you when you also need recovery time, which is going to probably make things worse. So - please find a way to get rest.
