I had a very poor Q4. I emptied my pipeline and had 1 deal close in October and several large deals which inevitably died very early in the quarter. Thankfully, I had already hit P-CLUB and my SDR still had an EOY quota to hit. Set a meeting with the top brass at this large health system for early Jan and since I have courted this company hard for the last 3 years, there wasn't a whole lot of selling that was needed. 1 call with a sales engineer and we had a verbal. A prospects view of timing is often out of our hands but a hungry SDR who wants to make it to the show when no one else is pushing for meetings over the holiday's makes things a lot easier.
