Do any of you use a Parallel Assisted Dialer (PAD)?

I'm manually dialing and I can't help but think how many more live connections I would have with one of these.

any of you savages have this in your tech stack? I'm selling it hard to leadership

I know orum is a popular one

+1. Well done. Best of luck, I don't have an answer for you, but I appreciate your diligence.

I manually dial. I wish I had a dialer though

How many dials do you average?

I’m at roughly 150-200 and I’m lucky to get 10 live convos.

I used a dialer when i was a SDR and it was sooo nice! My first AE role i did a ton of cold calling without one and it sucked 😂

How targeted is your prospecting?

I'm anti-dialer if you're just calling lists with zero vetting but I know this is an industry specific kind of thing.

I guess it's pretty targeted. C-suite, VPs of ecommerce, and digital marketing managers.

Our SDRs don’t use it as we are more in ABM so they carefully vet the list and make a strategic approach.

LISTEN UP SAVAGES:

I paid for my own (limited use) PAD out of my own pocket.
I get 6 hours per week of C.A.S (fucking AWESOME tool) for $500 per year (or you can pay $50/month). The limited use of CAS is available by signing up for RevGenius - the "RevLeague" package.

(I am in no way affiliated with C.A.S. and am a paying member of RevGenius)

Relevant info:

* You MUST have a quality list of phone numbers that you have built yourself of obtained from a reputable source because if you are dialling random numbers you are wasting your time and money.

* With this tool, I AVERAGE 120 - 140 dials PER HOUR with between 7 and 11 quality conversations with prospects (within that hour) when using lists I built myself.

In my opinion, this is the BARE MINIMUM any serious full cycle sales rep should be using. If you aren't doing this then you WILL BE outperformed by anyone whose company pays for a PAD.

Here's a document showing how I source phone numbers and emails for free (warning, takes manual research using a free linkedin account and a "fremium" plug in) so it takes time to build the list. I'm sharing this because I hate to see other reps suffer crappy management with no appreciation for how much tech can help a good person to do their job much better.

You are welcome. I have edited my original message to include where you can get the (limited) access to CAS.
