Support team has just directed me to send you in order to get some help regarding redeeming an item hopefully we could do something about.
As for the PS5&IPAD they quoted me a double to triple price the required point on CS which was a bit too high.
Consequently, just to get to a middle ground we came into an item that's already available on the CS which is the smart screen in which I require, except that the model of Amazon Fire TV is not available on Amazon Egypt so, I suggested Samsung instead or any other model.
I'll be sending you the link of the item I need instead and drag your attention that they do a math of a 1$=15 points, I believe it should count less points but that's ok as long as we can get something happening here as you since it's been +2 weeks already since I initially announced redeeming the PS5 without having anything in return.

Just not sure what to do next as I do like the Samsung smart TV, the upright freezer or perhaps an Air Conditioner would be even better options for me, so just wondering if I chose to wait till the next Commission Store Update, would you be able to push any of these items at the next update particularly the Freezer or the AC for a brand that Amazon Egypt provides to avoid the lack of brand issue I faced this time, so if you could assist with any info in that regard it would be great.
Or, at least if anything else we could do about the no. of required points to redeem either the IPAD or the PS5 I would deeply appreciate too, as the quoted price I received from the support team was around double the actual points on the CS.
PS: Like come on guys you could do better as you used to send me items for the same points with at no increase just like for the Acer and Echo Dot.. so could we just do it again only for this time for the same price then start to overcharge me starting from next time:)
