Full_Send closed a deal for $76k to the Engineering Software department

This was a whirlwind, first meeting Dec 3rd. Deal signed Dec 19th.

Won because we established trust by going above and beyond and helping them look for things to consider during the evaluation even if it wasn't in our best interest.

Main take away is to go above and beyond as fast as possible, make sure you give so they feel pressure and ensure they give back as well.
