GrindingSales closed a deal for $3.5k to the Purchasing department

I have been working on this deal since December of last year. They were happy with their current equipment and didn't see a need to change. I'll be honest, I feel like I've picked up a level of sales acumen here in the war room that I didn't have before. Using techniques and talk tracks I've learned from all of you helped me pick up the phone yesterday, and get a direct close over the phone. Paperwork is on its way and I finally have this one in the Win Column!
