Y'all remember this deal I talked about a few weeks ago? (https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/should-i-walk-away-from-this-deal). Well, we finally got it closed on the last Thursday of 2023. 2 year deal for $21k ARR in licenses with another $74K in implementation services. This one was a doozy to work but even with HR at the last minute working to stall this deal, our champion within IT helped push this through. Even a last minute swap on how they were signing the documents couldn't prevent this from being signed.
One of the more challenging deals to work but took a lot of learnings away from this, and overall, it took a village to help get this finally sealed, while continuing to ensure they were on schedule with their timeline for 2024.
(Side note: need a live camera next time for when someone asks for an invoice before anything is signed).
