Hey,

Hi war room, I am very new here and new into the world of sales, my main activity of the day is sitting behind a desk emailing customers quotes and talking on the phone with very slim opportunity of seeing clients or getting in front of them (in person) could any lend me any tips on how I can switch this around?

Welcome to the WR!

Unfortunately, you’re not going to get a good response with this because you’ve included no context about your company, product, target accounts, sales tools, etc.

There’s years worth of posts here. Try looking some up to see if there’s any advice that’s applicable to your situation if you’re not going to take the time to include the relevant details.

Have you asked to see more clients? Simply asking questions can get you places.

Unless you're an ISR, there's no reason to be tethered to a desk.

But as Cadence pointed out, there is a lot of missing context that can help us steer you in the right direction, or at least come up with some suggestions and options.

I actually just made a post that directly answers what you should do for things you want. Funny how that worked out.
