HVACexpert closed a deal for $18k to the multi-family apts department

took a couple of months and still going. the engineer specified a bathroom fan that doesn't meet their own performance requirements (super awesome to deal with!). but we got the PO and will be getting inline fans, bathroom fans, electric heat, and GRDs for this, once we get through all the drama of these stupid little bathroom fans. So annoying!
